The recently completed NZ Windows warehouse and office complex in Tauriko is a showcase of Classic Group’s businesses working together to create quality, sustainable outcomes.

With vast experience in property development, this project was lead by Classic Developments, who worked with NZ Windows to establish a fit-for-purpose solution for the site. CBC Construction was contracted to complete the build and the property was then sold to a syndication of investors by Classic Collectives, who now manage the property.

NZ Windows has been in business since 1990, specialising in the provision of aluminium windows for domestic, architectural, and commercial constructions. The 3,435m2 workshop and 450m2 office space unify the two parts of the business with room for future expansion.

This is an example of creating a building that offers multi-faceted outcomes, representative of the Group’s flexibility and how we are working towards building better lives for people.
