Countdown Pokeno was the first full-service Countdown that Classic Developments completed for our client, Woolworths NZ. We managed this project over a 12-month period, which included the development of the 3000sqm supermarket, the car parking facilities, an amenity plaza, and the surrounding landscape.

This was major growth initiative that sought to complement the existing local businesses and provide a long-awaited amenity for the community. We are proud to have successfully delivered on this project through collaboration, build innovation, and a shared vision.
