In early 2023 we handed over the keys to Penske’s brand-new head office building in the Tauriko Business Estate in Tauranga.

The 3,825 m2 building boasts a whopping 10,956 m2 of concrete yard space and was designed by First Principles Architects, inspired by Penske’s renowned Christchurch facility. Developed by Classic Developments and built by CBC Construction, every aspect was meticulously executed in alignment with Penske’s Outline Building Specification. Classic Collective’s commercial property management team now looks after the tenant, ensuring they continue to thrive in their new space.

One of the highlights of this project is the inclusion of a full-length service pit and two recessed knuckle lifts. These lifts can hoist a 23-ton truck and trailer unit up to 3 meters in the air.
