Navigation Height is set at the top of Navigation Drive in the Whitby Hills. The master planning of this community allowed for the housing to have north facing, picturesque views out over the Pauatahanui Inlet, while keeping the existing natural features of the land.

The land development included excavation into the hillside, to create 154 lots and working the infrastructure and roading around the existing peak to maintain the classic formation of the Whitby skyline.
