Located in far north Whangarei, Glenbervie Park is an adventurer’s playground. The picturesque Whangarei Falls are a stone’s throw away and the native Glenbervie Pine Forest sits right at the doorstep.

This development comprises 109 lots delivered over 6 stages, offering a range of lot sizes on easy flat sections, ranging in size from 350m2 to 500m2. Surrounded by parks and open spaces, it offers for a great lifestyle for families of all ages and stages.

The site has a stormwater pond that treats the runoff from the entire development before being released into a neighbouring stream. We worked with Geotech to find an innovative way to intercept and direct the water away from the platforms. With natural spring on site; we dug down and put in a big metal layer for the water.

Currently having completed Stage 1, which is only 23 of the 109 lots, part of this stage required us to have built the infrastructure that will be carrying the remainder of the development.
