The Edgewater Apartments in Hobsonville is a complex made up of 33 apartments over three stories, that vary in size, ranging from 1-2 bedrooms. This development was completed in early 2021.
This development was planned from the outset to meet the diverse needs of the Auckland property market, with a portion that were designed to come under an affordability cap for the area. we have managed to achieve this without compromising on quality and innovative design through a collaborative process, with our consultants and contractors.
Bordering the Waitemata Harbour, this apartments sit within established gardens and beside the historical 1930s Mill House and gardens. The surrounding landscaping has been carefully designed to reflect both the rugged natural character of the coastal edge whilst retaining the heritage of the area.
The development included pathways that link to the 5km coastal walkway that winds its way around the peninsula, with a coastal boardwalk leading to Catalina Bay, the local precinct for restaurants and shops.
