This prominent, award-winning building, on the corner of Cameron Road and Elizabeth Street in Tauranga, was the largest commercial office development undertaken in the city for 35 years.

Suffice to say, the ‘tried-and-true’ property development skills of the Classic Developments team proved integral to the promise made to our client.  We promised the building would ready on 6 September and that is precisely the day they handed over the keys.
