We were the first to release a Special Housing Accord subdivision in the Bay of Plenty, called Rise on Waihi.  

It is a 31-lot medium-density subdivision consisting of two and three-bedroom duplex homes and three-bedroom standalone homes ranging from $369,000 to $399,000.

We were responsible for all design, build, infrastructure and roads construction to completion.
