We recently completed New Zealand Windows’ warehouse and office complex in Tauriko, a showcase of Classic Group businesses working together.
Having been in business together for 19 years now, it was pretty special to help a long-standing partner realise their vision for this project. CBC Construction was contracted to complete the build and the property was then sold to a syndication of investors by Classic Collectives, who now manage the property.
“We’re excited for the new opportunities and increased manufacturing capability this presents our operations with” – NZ Windows
NZ Windows has been in business since 1990, specialising in the provision of aluminium windows for domestic, architectural, and commercial constructions. The 3,435m2 workshop and 450m2 office space unify the two parts of the business with room for future expansion.
This is another example of how we’re able to leverage Classic Group’s capabilities when required to bring together quality outcomes – a modern and fit-for-purpose office and production space for the client, and a sustainable long-term investment opportunity for commercial property investors.
